Our Clients

NBC Group believes that training and up-skilling are important building blocks and an integral part of our business and that is why all our staff benefit from on-going training and development. Training is undertaken by ourselves, and any specific on-site training for individual projects will take place in our training suite.

We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients, ensuring that all our employees have the relevant training to carry out their duties.

We are also able to offer in house NVQ Level II Plant and Machinery Operations & Level III Supervision and Foreman.

We have recently worked closely with companies to establish and deliver a safety critical plant & vehicle marshal training programme to over 250 staff across the Uk.

Our on-site trainer is qualified in and can carry out the following:

City and Guilds Manual Handling
A fully accredited and approved certificated course delivered across our own workforce and to those of principal contractors by a qualified City and Guilds trainer/instructor.
The Use and Changing of Abrasive Wheels
This new in-house abrasive wheels training is delivered in accordance with, The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998, with an emphasis on HAVS awareness.
NVQ’s
Using a fully qualified C Skills/City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 Assessor in Civil Engineering, including, formwork, steel fixing, structural concrete, kerbs and channels, and kerbs and domestic drainage and all tunnelling support services/ disciplines.
CPCS Plant Assessments
Are delivered in all plant and machinery, including, dumpers, rollers, excavators, 360 degree wheeled and tracked, forklift, slinger/signallers. The Plant & Vehicle Marshal training course is accepted by C Skills, to be adopted as a CPCS carded category which is the largest and most highly recognised card scheme for the plant industry.
NPORS training is also available for all trades.
We can also deliver in house behavioural based safety training.
